Description This main filter is designed for use with many Kemper fume extraction systems. The main filter has a few key features including:- Easy and quick installation Large filter surface High collection capacity High filter efficiency Light, compact and stable construction This compact filter device is designed to extract the welding fumes right at the source and then exhaust them with a separation rate of more than 99.9%. Changing the filter when required allows the machine to maintain a high working performance and prolongs its life, the need for a filter change will be indicated on the Fume Extractor. The fume extractor has a 2-stage filtering process which ensures that the exhausting dust and air is purified fully before being returned to the working area. The main filter has a high surface area so it can collect a high capacity of dust and is covered by the pre-filter to further enhance the lifecycle of the filters. To ensure maximum performance from this extractor it is always important to check these filters at least every week. Changing the filter when needed also aids in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for employees and makes the machine suitable for high levels of smoke and dust.
