This set includes: 1 x 3ft Confetti Balloon 2 x Holiday Bouquets – Standard Size with 3 tiers 20 x air-filled latex balloons (mix of 11″ and 16″) A 3ft confetti balloon is a large, 36″ clear balloons stuffed with confetti. Bouquets have several tiers of latex balloons topped with a larger balloon. Each tier consists of 3 balloons. Air-inflated balloons are great for quickly sprucing up open areas.
