Penguin & Bear Cubez foil balloon inflated with helium. Supplied with a coloured ribbon of your choice, a balloon daisy and a standard weight. 15″/38cm w x 15″/38cm h. In cold air the helium balloon will deflate slightly although exposure to warm air will revive it. Excessive heat may cause the balloon to burst.
