Follow the steps below to build your jumbo number / letter yard pedestal! These outdoor designs are mounted on a stake that may be inserted into soft ground or attached to a railing. They are NOT suitable for high-wind areas. Pedestals are layers of latex balloons topped with a larger balloon. All pedestals come pre-inflated and are available for pickup or delivery.
