This kit includes 3 yard pedestals: 1 x jumbo number/letter yard pedestal 2 x birthday yard pedestal These outdoor designs are mounted on stakes that may be inserted into soft ground or attached to a railing. They are NOT suitable for high-wind areas. Pedestals are layers of latex balloons topped with a larger balloon. All pedestals come pre-inflated and are available for pickup or delivery.
